Creation skills have 2 uses.
1) while in the house premesis (cannot be off questing that week) you may add your skill to the house creation. Every player to add skill to house creation reduces creation costs at the forge, smithy, temple, *or*alter by 10%. An item creation can never be reduced more than 50% total experience requirement to create it. (this means a 10 point forge with 5 players focusing skill can create a 20 point sword!) The creation skill you have determines which house item will get the boost from your skill.
2) Use your skill to create trade goods to give to NPC's to earn thier loyalty. You can create as many trade goods per week as you have skill in that items creation. These items do not effect gameplay, only NPC loyalty.
Note: when a creation tool's points have been used to create an item, its points are used up and must be replenished with experience. A creation tool in a house has NO defensive or offensive boost to members of the house unless they have points remaining!! The creation tools of the house that have points have a "built up energy" that benifits the house members nearby.
Items created with the house creation tools can be designated to certain players by the house matron.
An item does not decay.. once it is assigned to a player, they have that items bonus as long as they have that item.
Items can be stolen!!
An item in the store house of a house must be stolen with a successfull attack against the house. An item may be stolen from a player with a sucessfull attack against that player. (Sucessfull being an attack that gets past house defenses or would have damaged the player) All theft attacks must be declared as a theft attack IN ADVANCE and count as your 1 attack action per week.
